The earlier the better, however, for custom builds, 6 to 8 weeks is ideal. That said, if your show is sooner, reach out anyway, we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible and do everything we can to make your show a success.

Do you handle installation and dismantling?

Yes, completely. We manage delivery, full on-site installation, and breakdown at the end of the exhibition. You focus on your audience, and we handle the rest. We also offer storage options in Europe if you’re exhibiting again and want your stand kept safely until the next one.

Whom should I contact for updates regarding my project?

Every client gets a dedicated project manager who handles everything, be it design coordination, build updates, logistics, or on-site installation. You won’t be passed around or left waiting on replies from different departments.

How quickly can you deliver a stand?
